Guests are introduced to Rashid, a quirky engineer, in his underwater laboratory. As the creator of the Manta coaster, he invites visitors to explore the depths of the Manta reef, home to these remarkable creatures. During the queue experience, a series of six videos features Rashid guiding guests through the world of manta rays, the scientific research behind them, and the safety protocols for the ride. The content was filmed in studio using practical props and enhanced with CGI to recreate the laboratory environment, alongside custom-built animations.
